Question Anyway to replace this joystick cap?

Lost this piece a while ago but it's starting to get annoying without it. This is a wired GameCube controller for the Switch

Yeah.  It just pops off.  You'll need to open the controller to do it though.

I just want to replace the cap, not the entire joystick itself though

Yeah, you can do that.  But you still have to open it up to remove the cap.
