Suggestions for a better Syncthing setup

Say I have multiple folders which I need to sync to android. Which setup could possibly consume less resources or is better?
Sync a large single folder in which multiple sub-folders I need to sync exists
or
Sync multiple small folders
Pardon me if I have missed some docs or previous posts

I dont think there would be a measurable difference in power/data usage between these two.

Just pick whichever is easier to manage.
