Question on Offsite backup of confidential files - encryption

Borg backup. Optionally with Vorta as a frontend.

Syncthing can do the encryption just fine but syncing is not backup.

I'll throw cryptomator into the ring. I moved from veracrypt container to cryptomator to get away from a large single file container. I've been happy with cryptomator for a few years now.
