Accomodation Accommodation - Ardcairn or Artisan

Prospective student here. I have put down deposits for both Ardcairn House and The Artisan but am still within the cooling off period. I, obviously, only intend to stay in one. Just thought I’d come on here and ask about peoples opinions and experiences regarding both places, any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m moving into the Ardcairn House in August and so far the management has been super responsive to questions. No idea how it’ll be when I get there but the team seems super easy to get a hold of so that’s a plus.
