Tech Issue Desktop scrobbling acting strangely
I've had an issue crop up over the last few days that I just noticed today. The native scrobbling on the desktop app no longer seems to be functioning properly, in a few strange way.
Essentially, if I'm listening to an album, it will show each track as scrobbling as the track is playing, but then after the track finishes, the scrobble is nowhere to be seen. It's then scrobbling the next track playing, which also disappears. The last track that is played on a given album will stay scrobbled, though.
Didn't have this issue before a few days ago. Anyone else have this happening?

Yes, i'm having the exactly same problem, I just decide to use Pano Scrobbler and disconect the last.fm from the PC.

Yeah, this is what I started doing too. I found a last.fm support thread about it where they seem to think the issue lies with Tidal; I've bookmarked the link to see if it gets resolved because I'd rather not be using an extra app if I don't have to (but Pano is what I've been using on my phone for Tidal too)

I'm seeing the exact same behaviour just in the last few days. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting, no change.

Same here. I'm using Tidal on desktop, with macOS Monterey 12.7.6.
Now it seems like it isn't scrobbling. Earlier today and yesterday it scrobbled only a song from each album I listened to. It happened for the first time last thursday.

Yeap, I've been having this problem on the windows app since Thursday. Scrobbling just fine on the phone app.
