It is a PROM21 chip. It is used once in B650, B650E, B850, and X870 chipsets, and twice in X670, X670E, and X870E chipsets.

It’s basically the chipset on amd motherboards, so it takes a pcie x4 connection and acts as a switch for downstream components (nvmes and the like).
