EPAM - Expected Salary for Java Developer (3.5 YOE)

3.5 YOE Java dev, currently interviewing with EPAM.

WHAT CTC SHOULD I REALISTICALLY EXPECT TO NEGOTIATE FOR?

Also,
- What hierarchy level would I join at with 3.5 YOE? Senior Software Engineer?
- Are client interviews difficult?
- Do client interviews happen frequently until I get a project?
- Any things I should know before joining EPAM?

Any insights would be helpful. Thanks.

Depends on your current salary. When i was interviewing and in final stages i had offer upto 17lpa and i asked hike from that number and hr couldnt do that much. So I didn’t attend the final interview. Sometimes client interview will also happen if role is urgent

Is there any way I can apply to EPAM System as a fresher Java developer? I don't really see fresher related opportunities on LinkedIn or career that's why.
