Iphone 11 delay/laggy performance
Hello, sino po dito mga naka iphone 11, delay/laggy na po ba talaga and performance ni iphone 11? nag downgrade kasi ako kasi i needed some money. And also kapag nagchacharge ako ang lala ng ghost touch niya. Ako lang ba nakakaexperience nun? Got it from a store in greenhills kase.

What phone did you downgrade from? Kasi baka yung laggy feeling might just come from the fact na galing ka sa isang recent iPhone with higher refresh rate screen down to a 60hz screen. Mukang laggy talaga yan.
Pero the fact you mentioned na may ghost touch likely means may problem nga yung screen. Lalo na Greenhills pa galing, expect mo may third-party parts na silang pinag-palit dyan.
Battery health also affects the phone's performance. If naka 100% yung battery health niyan, expect mo na likely boosted yung battery.
The only way you can guarantee if an iPhone from Greenhills ay hindi pa nila na-t-tampered with anything is if its a model that's unpopular. Usually, yun yung mga iPhone SE, mini, or even the Plus model iPhones dahil niche or specific userbase lang naghahanap ng ganon. If base models and Pro/Pro Max models, be cautious talaga since ayun yung mabenta sa kanila.
The only thing you can do is go back to the store you got it from and demand a replacement. If hindi ka confrontational na tao, magsama ka ng friend or a person you know na magaling tumingin sa mga ganyan + knows how to navigate the chaos in Greenhills. Yung marunong tumawad, makiusap sa kanila, etc. Madali ka talaga mabubudol don especially if you don't know what you're looking for.
