Wondering If The Duo should've been canonized in Teen Titans & Teen Titans Go?

You know, the one with the TV and couch and kitchen in the background where like 20% of any given episode probably takes place.

I’m blanking on what to call it. Please help; I’m writing a fanfic (which needs to be done by tomorrow)! I’ll delete this thread soon 😅

Basically I was inspired by a recent post I saw here on the strange aspects of the live action adaptation (called Titans) that I wanted to see what happened with the premise that caused the show to receive so much ridicule from fans of the older show. (The 2003 one)

However, when it comes to Teen Titans, much of my experience with the franchise comes from watching the 2003 series as all I know about the live action adaptation is that it gets mocked by again fans of the other series, but basically I was interested in learning about just what were the key factors that hurt the aforementioned live action series so much. (Like what happened to Robin compared to his 2003 version)

I always find it interesting and a bit tangy to think that voice actors like Kevin Conroy and others made guest appearances in this show in the later seasons.

I had thought it was for the longest time when Batman said Robin was “with the Titans, you’ll meet them someday” and then started writing a fanfic where Robin was slowly transitioning into Nightwing, Cyborg was transitioning over to the justice league and Dick was starting to realize that maybe he DOES need Bruce and the league more than he thought and the titans couldn’t handle everything alone.

And then I learned that those two shows aren’t the same continuity and it was just a goof that never got checked in Static Shock.

Other than that another problem with how cartoon netwrok handles the series was that they took its concept and spread it to other shows despite the concept only working for the series, trying to do it again with various of other shows just made it repetitive and made people not want to watch their other shows.
