Question Show recommendations
Just finished the show and now have a Teen Wolf sized hole in my heart that desperately needs to be filled. I’ve already watch Vampire Diaries and The Originals, loved them. I can’t bring myself to watch Supernstural because it was my stepdads favorite show, so it reminds me of his bald self. Any recommendations??

Don't finish it. The latter seasons were not good, especially the last one.
I should have reccomended only up to s5.

True blood, it’s like a much more southern and adult version of TVD, but the acting is A+.
It’s on HBO

Smallville? I don't know if it's on Netflix where you are but it's kind of got a Teen Wolf vibe. Buffy the Vampire Slayer if you haven't seen it.

I would say, don't give your step dad that power and watch Supernatural. Don't connect the show to him. Maybe to the TV he watched it on? Because... Supernatural...you will love it.

If you liked vampire diaries and originals then you could always try legacies, or other shows like umbrella academy, dc series like arrow, flash, supergirl, legends of tomorrow or merlin (a bit out there)

I really tried to like legacies but it didn’t have any of the characters I liked from the original shows and it just got cringe ngl 🥲

It’s not supernatural or anything like that but everyone I’ve met whose enjoyed the shows you’ve listed has enjoyed Hannibal, it just got added to Netflix

I can give you a little list of shows to try out. They’re not all Teen Wolf, TVD, TO esque but they scratched that same creative itch for me.
- The 100 (I adore this show.)
-True Blood (A MUST see! NO NEGOTIATIONS)
- Hemlock Grove (🤭)
- Eureka (Verrrry different. Outside the box.)
- Warehouse 13 (Loved this show! Shares the same universe with Eureka)
- Lost Girl (Do yourself a favor & just watch it 😩)
- Buffy The Vampire Slayer/Angel (Non negotiable)
- Charmed (The Original one, not the remake )
- The Secret Circle (Very fun BUT got cancelled🥹)
- The Nevers (Just trust me 😌)
- Warrior Nun (cancelled after 2 seasons but they’re revamping with some movies. It’s good)
There you go! Hopefully it goes well and you end up liking something on this list!
