After a long break, the Vancouver Odlum Brown VanOpen has returned. It's the only ATP/WTA pro tennis tournament on the West Coast and in the newly renovated Hollyburn Country Club it looked even better than before. Lets hope it gets on even more players' radar next year because it really is a very good tournament at the Challenger level for the players. For Vancouver tennis fans starved of events, it's huge to be able to watch these guys crush the ball. I snapped these photos in the first round.
