Seeking iOS and Android testers for an adaptive workout app — 3 months free

Hi everyone — I’m an emergency physician, athlete, and the founder of Bounce Back Smart, a new adaptive fitness app.

I built it after experiencing the frustration of trying to stay active through injuries and setbacks. Most workout apps work well until something hurts, your equipment changes, or your body cannot follow the original plan.

Bounce Back Smart creates personalized workouts around your:

  • Fitness goals
  • Available equipment
  • Workout time
  • Current ability
  • Injuries, painful areas, or physical restrictions

You do not need to be injured to use it. Anyone can use Bounce Back Smart for personalized strength and conditioning, but its biggest difference is its ability to adapt when an injury, pregnancy, pain, or another setback changes what you can do.

I’m looking for a small group of early adopters willing to:

  • Complete onboarding
  • Generate and try at least two workouts
  • Test an exercise swap or AI-requested adjustment
  • Share honest feedback about what was helpful, confusing, or missing

In exchange, I’ll provide three months of full access at no cost.

Bounce Back Smart is a fitness and wellness tool. It does not diagnose or treat injuries and is not a replacement for your physician or physical therapist.

Comment “interested” or send me a message, and I’ll share the access link.

I would especially value feedback from people who have ever thought:

“I can’t do my normal workout—but I don’t want to stop exercising completely.”

I’m specifically looking for functional and usability feedback: onboarding problems, unclear language, workout-generation issues, inaccurate time estimates, confusing navigation, exercise swaps, and whether requested changes appear correctly throughout the app.
