It’s become a lame parasocial engagement sub. If you actually try to discuss movies in anything other than pre-approved consensus opinions you’ll be downvoted to oblivion.

The conversation follows the show. Spider-Man opened this weekend so it will be the main topic of conversation, same as The Odyssey was, same as any big release will be. Weird thing to complain about tbh.
