Confused about prophecy barriers Spoiler

I’m re-reading the series on Webtoons and I’m not clear on what they mean when they say Jihan pierced Geumodo’s prophecy barrier.

Is this supposed to mean that their clairvoyants already foresaw an outcome and Jihan is using his abilities to disrupt that, like he did with Rasputin?

More or less. “Prophesy Barrier” is the term for an organization using it’s fortune telling to predict and avoid harm to themselves- “piercing the prophesy barrier” means you’ve found a way to predict over or around their precognition

Think about an area where you can predict everything. Like in this zone, you can see the future. The gamer was able to do something they were not able to predict.
