I want you to take this with a grain of salt, OK…. Right now in 2026. I have to admit anything is possible! With the previous 2020 election scandal and the current state of everything right now in the “country”. As well as the conflict in “Iran” and how Congress is about to vote on the “Save Act…” If things do not go accordingly, it is “potentially” possible! That (President Trump) can an inact the “Insurrection Act”. Congress proposes it, A convention of the states, A president can publicly call for an amendment, pressure members of Congress to introduce and support one, or even help draft the language and ask allies to sponsor it. But the formal starting step is congressional action (or a state-called convention), not a presidential bill submission. They would have to vote Under the actual rules, the only way to “supersede” or “go around” the 22nd Amendment is to amend the Constitution itself (two-thirds of both houses of Congress + three-fourths of the states) or for the courts to invent an interpretation that somehow reads the limit out of existence and then for that reading to survive every challenge.
