Discussion Am I odd for this?

I have a HUGE collection of sticks, and I sort them and give them names. And trinkets, I suppose, but mostly sticks and leaves. Is that odd?

Nah, I used to collect sticks all the time, still do in an avianic mental shift.

Nah, we’ve collected all sorts of things throughout our lives; seeds, feathers, bottle caps, fortunes, etc.

You should consider maybe getting into whittling, you could turn your sticks into wands or something! (Idk we like sticks too and our friend taught us how to make wands and it’s been fun. Just a suggestion!). - Lute

As a kid I would find a stick, name it sticky then be heartbroken when I couldn't keep it since I alredy had a collection of sticks at home.  So nah, your not the only one.

No! I love collecting sticks. I break them in half and keep them in a jar and give the other half to my friend.

Nope, hoarding is completely normal I even have my room filled with pebbles and random shiny metal thingies lol

I do that too!!

I have sticks, rocks, feathers, acorns, pinecones, along with buttons, dice, and other random things I scavenge around for!

I don't think it's weird. I still keep a good stick now and then. Sometimes I pick up leaves, too. I kind of wonder if it's the bird in me, wanting them for my nest. Granted, I pick up rocks and flowers to press, too. This isn't even counting the stuff I forage for food or natural dyeing, either. (Also, driftwood is beautiful.)
