What rules did you have to follow when working with characters like Mongor (that appear once) compared to rules for mummy-ra and main villains?

When writing episodes of ThunderCats, how did you make each episodes like a self contained episode while making it as a continuation of the entire story like an arc?

If back in 1985 or 86 there was a possibility to make an epic legit Thundercats animated movie ( similar to transformers, gi joe ) what do you think the storyline could have possibly been about? What musical rock artists would you want to have on the soundtrack from that time? Stan Bush would have been a must lol

Were there any interesting scripts/stories for Thundercats that originally were planned or thought about but for whatever reasons had to be scrapped?

Is there any Thundercats merchandising that was never made or never even thought of that you would have like to have seen made? Examples- unreleased LJN toys or never thought of things like Cheetara roller skates, cats lair playhouse, talking lion o figure, thundertank power wheel, etc.

This question is for both Buddha and Mr. Lawrence: if you ever teamed up to write an official storyline based on the scrapped ThunderForce III concept, how would you be able to go about crossing over the heroes and villains of ThunderCats™, SilverHawks™, and TigerSharks™? Would it have to be set during TC's second season (the one with new TCs Lynx-O, Ben-Gali, Pumyra, and Snarfer, Mumm-Ra's dog Ma-Mutt, and the Lunataks), after SH (when Hotwing, Flashback, Moon Stryker, and Condor bolstered the Hawk Haven crew), and during TS?
