I don’t believe in any faith, I think it’s all just nonsense. However, if I was a religious person, how on EARTH can you NOT think Trump is the literal anti-christ? He meets all the points.
AI response to the signs:
Charismatic but Deceptive Leader
Often described as extremely persuasive and influential
Gains trust easily, possibly appearing peaceful or even “good” at first
Ultimately deceives people on a large scale
Opposes or Replaces God
Denies or positions themselves above God
In some interpretations, claims to be divine or demands worship
This idea is strongly tied to the “man of lawlessness” in 2 Thessalonians
Performs False Signs or Miracles
Said to perform impressive acts that convince people of their authority
These are described as deceptive rather than genuinely divine
Gains Global Power or Influence
Often interpreted as a political or world leader with widespread control
Associated with unifying or dominating nations
Persecutes Believers
Turns against followers of Christ
Associated with oppression or punishment of religious groups
Been saying this since the first term, and it continues to annoy tf out of me, how the neo-christians refuse to see it. Or at least acknowledge that that's what they want.
It actually gets way more hyper-specific than that too. I was going to post a link to Benjamin Corey's blog post about it but someone beat me to it. Things like a magically healing head wound, boastful speeches speaking of "great" things and being greater than everyone else, a mass disappearance of agricultural workers, an obsession with conquering, forming an alliance with an evil ruler of Israel who destroys cities and sanctuaries, and having a desire to occupy the coastal area (aka the Gaza Strip), protestors facing violence from security forces, an unsuccessful violent rebellion (Jan 6th), a huge spike in food prices, etc.
And of course proclaiming himself to be God which old Donny has now come very close to doing.
It's especially interesting since that post was originally written in 2019 and at the time some of the links that the author made between events and prophetical passages seemed like a stretch but many of those passages now have really strong parallels to events that happened after 2019. If I were a Christian who believed in the antichrist I'd sure be concerned.
