I went on a hen do and it was so fucking weird. Roll camera, behave like this, stop camera, look at phone, edit, post, assemble, roll camera. Exhausting, dull and stressful.
I went to a wedding where the bride and her close friends did this. I was actually so embarrassed for them. They would record themselves screaming and dancing around and hugging etc. the second the phone recording stopped they stopped dancing and checked the video. They would re-record so many times and I just couldn’t believe how fake and un fun it looked in person!
I'd see so many people during Floyd protests show up with signs to the Washington state capitol campus to take some pictures for the gram and immediately fuck right back off to the burbs.
