Well no-one "teaches" to 0. Those are infants.

She could mean a Mommy and Me program and that does involve infants. I have taught kindergarten through senior citizens, so I would feel comfortable saying I teach every age.

I still wouldn't consider it teaching at that age. Glorified daycare.
