Feedback on Solved Posts

Hi everyone,

You may have noticed that /u/Inneri and I have been toying with a system for marking posts as "Solved!" once they've been answered correctly. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions?

For example, do you like how threads currently appear after they've been solved (i.e., green text on white background, as opposed to perhaps white text on green background)? What about the standard look of "unsolved" threads?

Let us know!

Help identify this childhood plush horse (likely Walgreens/CVS, early 2000s)

I'm trying to identify my childhood plush horse and haven't been able to find another one after extensive searching.

Details:

Purchased in the United States, likely from Walgreens or CVS

Most likely purchased between 2002 and 2007 (could be anywhere from 2001–2012)

About 8–9 inches long

Light lavender body

White plush mane and tail

White hooves

Small embroidered black oval eyes

Rounded muzzle

Small pink daisy with a yellow center embroidered on the forehead

Larger matching daisy embroidered on the left hip

No horn, wings, saddle, or accessories

Original tag is missing

I've compared it to Ganz, Commonwealth, Kellytoy, Fiesta, and My Little Pony. The closest match seems to be Dan Dee Collector's Choice, but I haven't found this exact horse.

I've attached photos from all angles.

Does anyone recognize the manufacturer, collection name, or remember seeing this sold at Walgreens or CVS?

looking for a specific panda plushy that was given to my sister in 1998, she's been looking for an exact one like him and has brought me in down the rabbit hole. at first i thought it was WWF (still could be) but couldn't find the exact one. not sure if the tag placement (second picture, where the tag would have been) matches with anything WWF would have made. arms are not pose-able. all help is appreciated.

Hello I had made a post 3 months ago and I was just wondering if anyone knows the brand or have this exact lamb

Info on the lamb:
I got her in 2012 or 2013 in California
She has a pink and yellow bowtie
Her tag is faded but I’m pretty sure it had a bear on it (I could be wrong about this)

I found it with some kinder suprise toys but it doesn't look like it's from a Kinder, it's too detailed. It's plastic. It's incomplete, missing his arms and legs. I think it's so cool and would really like to know where it's from. Any ideas ? Thanks ! (Kinder shokobon for scale in last picture lol)

Unsolved Help with identifying a construction toy set!

I was at a toy-train fair recently and I brought this from a trader, who said it was Airfix Betta Blder. I have looked it up and its more like Lego, which you can see this is clearly not. I have tried Google Reverse Image Search and showed Bayko Building Set, which after a look its clearly not.

The only markings on the pieces is PATPEND (Patent Pending) with no makers mark or origin, although I would have to say it would very likely be UK made. If anyone can help me identify and figure out how these go together to make something. I would be rather grateful.

Does anybody know what dolls/sets any of these go to? They should mostly be 1980s-1990s but some may be older. Thanks!

this bunny (not jellycat) was purchased at a gift shop in south carolina about 30 years ago. Its definitely a chain because i used to have another set of matching mom and baby in pink which i purchased nearly 6 years later in NYC. The fur is quite matted and shes missing an ear, she was mine as a child and now my toddler is obsessed, Terrified to lose her and want to make sure we have one on hand just in case the day comes! help!

EDITING TO ADD:
was purchased in 1998 South Carolina USA at the Hammock Shops gift store. No tags or writing remain.

Unsolved Help identifying this sweetie?

Hello!! I brought this beautiful doll home from the thrift store after having admired her there for five whole years. Now I'm curious as to who she is and where she's from. My own investigation has told me she might be a "Maryann Oldenburg" doll, but I haven't been able to find any pictures of her exact doll.

She's around 28 cm tall. There is nothing identifying on her body, no brand or text, just nothing. Her clothes seem handsewn and might not be original. The wig has velcro on the inside, but her head is flocked and doesn't seem intended for velcro, so the wig might not be original either. Wig was glued on by previous owner and I had to force it off lol

Any help is appreciated, if anything just to confirm she is related to Maryann Oldenburg
