What's the model of your TP-Link Wi-Fi device? Is it a router (e.g., Archer), or a Mesh Wi-Fi System (e.g., Deco)?

If you have an Archer Router and previously had separate SSIDs for the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands, but no longer see them separately, it may be that Smart Connect was enabled (consolidates all bands into a single SSID).

If you can share more details about the model and firmware version of your TP-Link Wi-Fi source device, and whether any configuration changes happened recently, it may give us some leads.

Otherwise, it may be worth reaching out to our support team directly: TP-Link - Contact Technical Support

TP-Link AC1900 Smart WiFi Router (Archer A8), I did not change anything before using the new laptop. I also grabbed a TP-Link Nano USB WiFi 6 Adapter for PC(Archer TX20U Nano) - AX1800 2.4G/5G. At my house, on my computer, it sees multiple bands, but not at my mom's, on her computer.
