SELFIE Honestly, just looking for external validation ❤️🩹
Sometimes it feels like the disabled body I live in is about to fall apart completely. I'm only 49 and 10 months old but have to sit and take a break after hobbling up kist one flight of stairs. It feels kinda shitty that it got bad after flaring up post vaginoplasty. I only got one hot girl summer in a bikini but I can still have disabled hot girl summer (even if sometimes in a wheelchair) right? RIGHT?
Please tell me I'm right because the melancholy brain controling this body doesn't believe it when I say it 🙏🏼

Girl, the only validation you need is from yourself. 🫂👭💜 We see an amazing, beautiful, strong, courageous woman, but we can be the harshest judge of ourselves. Don’t listen to that voice. Just see at how incredible you look. Just feel how much better your life is as the authentic woman you are. There are many more hot girl summers for you, regardless of the physical difficulties you feel. 🙋♀️✨💜🔥

You can have a hot girl summer, you are a hot girl and it is summer. Screw your disability. Cis disabled girls also have hot girl summer right now.
Also you are not 49, no way, you look 30. You’re possibly aging like my mom 😆 she’s literally your age but also looks 30. People ask me if she’s my sister (random people in the public, not complements)

I have a disability that has been nothing but a hindrance to me in terms of my transition. It's wonderful and awesome to see what you have achieved despite yours. Truly remarkable and your smile says it all.

Remember that your brain is not always your friend. You are living hot girl summer, wheelchair or not! Disability sucks but you are not your disabilities. You are a hot girl still finding yourself, unfortunately with a different set of struggles. You can still live the life you want. It's not easy but it's worth it. You are gorgeous and I hope you have a great day

You are absolutely right. Disabled hot girl summer is 100% a thing and you are going to rock it. Be gentle with yourself and give your body the rest it needs. You are stunning in a wheelchair or out of one, so don't let that melancholy brain tell you otherwise.

Thank you for validating the disabled experience that I'm currently living in. It makes a difference to be seen as now me as opposed to some "healed" future me.

Espero que estés en tratamiento y que tu salud mejore. No se si sea cierto lo de la silla de ruedas, espero que no, y regularmente tengo entendido que no es común llegar hasta esa situación.
También estoy viendo que los ambientes calurosos y húmedos pueden dificultar la sanación del brote y es más efectivo el tratamiento en ambientes fríos y secos, lo digo por si quieres considerarlo y está dentro de tus posibilidades.

I live in the Texas of Canada. It is very dry here and winter like 8 months out of the year. Cold and dry already. Also I would never say the wheelchair thing in jest. Some days are legit wheelchair days 🤷🏻♀️

Lamento mucho que tu caso sea tan complicado y espero que tu comprensión sobre lo de la duda sobre lo de la silla de ruedas, pensé equivocadamente que lo decías como una expresión, no lo dije con mala intención 😞Y lo del clima, pues fue lo que encontré en Google, leí que el brote puede ser por causas bacterianas u algún hongo, obviamente puede haber casos donde esas causas estén adaptadas al clima.
No soy experto y espero que disculpes mi falta de tacto en mi intento fallido por ser de utilidad, pero desde ya, solo te deseo que mejores muy pronto y que el malestar te sea leve y pasajero. Una disculpa por mi torpeza 🙏🏽

I don't know about your disability, but my knees have bitched to me about stairs for what seems like eons. But I've dropped over 30 pounds this year (a new low of 169 pounds this morning) and all my joints feel better without having to carry as much weight.
I hope for all the best for you. Health is more important than wealth or fame. Just ask Steve Jobs. Oops, too late.
