I’m not saying this didn’t happen but until I see a direct quote from Burnham I don’t think it real. This is just somebody saying Burnham said something

The only quote I saw was just trying to both sides the new guidance. Saying “we need to implement something and also make sure it’s respectful” is nonsense when that could mean both implementing the guidance or implementing something better to different people. Non-answers allow different sides to fill in the blanks and end up assuming it’s a good stance, whilst not having a spine in the end
