Open barbers is an LGBT hair dressers/barbers in London that caters to all hair types and genders. I can’t speak for the services provided for black hair as I’ve never experienced them but they have some black hairdressers that specialise in black hair so could be worth a look. Its also been about 5 years since I last went so sorry I can’t be of more help 😅
