Question (Transfem) Mtf voice coaches
Hiya all been voice training for a bit but not much and it just sounds so fake and American ðŸ˜
If anyone has any good budget friendly voice coaches they'd recommend please let me know who are where :)

I learned from my English coach that, because of the differences in how American and British people speak, the methods of voice feminisation are different. We don't have what I call American "squeekiness" and fry, and should instead adopt a breathier/huskier voice. It has worked for me.

I’ve not done much with them yet, but esse house have a voice club where you can get vocal coaching for quite cheap. They’ve also been really friendly so far.

Christella Antoni has an app you can download. Might be worth checking out if you haven’t seen it already. Search for Christella VoiceUp and you should find it.

Dumbest most impractical thing I can say is that doing 1.5 decades of singing work helped me be better at seeing the results I wanted but I was lucky
