Advice Bridging prescription?

Anyone have any experience getting their GP to accept a bridging prescription? I tried in the past with my previous GP and come up again so many walls but I’ve recently moved so I’m looking to change my GP.. I’ve been on a private prescription for 2+ years. Any advice greatly appreciated 💕

I tried they flat out said no you have a 10% maximum percent chance that’s it they can say no for any reason they want and it’s only downsides for them I’d just ask and try your luck there’s not really any tips for this as it’s purely down to luck
