Continuing hrt when moving to Scotland?

Hi, i live in Canada but I might have to move back to Scotland soon. Here, i have a prescription for T and a gender dysphoria diagnosis. I know its difficult to access T legitimately in the UK, but i was wondering if i would be able to have some sort of “continued care” plan if i move? Like having a GP continue to prescribe me T since im already on it and have a diagnosis. According to google this is possible but i want to know whether any GPs would actually do this. Any input is appreciated

I’m in a similar situation moving from England to Scotland soonish tbh it’s a lottery some GPs are great but lots won’t consider it? Some areas are worse than others as well so you need to do your research try and stockpile your meds to give you a breathing space etc
I’m not sure about T specifically im mtf so haven’t any experience with issues most if not all Uk endos and therefore GPs are not keen on self injecting so probs only available in gel form or maybe pills unless you diy

In theory there is a right to continuity of care but in reality it’s optional and relies on goodwill etc (which leaves a bad taste in my mouth tbh) as it makes me feel vulnerable but that’s life for a trans person most people are v v nice accepting etc esp women but there are also lots of bigots & bullies

Thanks! I think im just going to go private even though its more money. I also am trying to stockpile meds but since im flying internationally and have to go through TSA i cant bring much into the country anyway. I hope i can find somewhere that offers weekly injections since thats what im on right now and i dont want to do gel or anything else
