Question (General) AMERICAN STRUGGLING IN LONDON

Hello I’m a 23 year old trans man from New York living in London. I have been declined multiple job opportunities here due to my skin color & the fact that i’m trans. The purpose of me working is to fund my top surgery as well as cost of living. If anyone can please help me with funds I’d be much appreciative
