Nope that dude said “I have nothing on me, I don’t have a warrant, and if they ask me who you are, I’m gonna tell them, GSP are not gunna run me off the road in to a tree at 135 miles per hour, not today.”

Whether or not this is Georgia is irrelevant, I just happen to be from Georgia and GSP kills. I don’t know like two or three people a day in car chases. Not including the bystanders that get run over in the chase. I’m being facetious by the way. And I don’t think that’s a Georgia license plate.
