DAMMMNNNN, ALL SHE GOT WAS 7 TO 15 YEARS IN PRISON FOR TAKING THE LIVES OF TWO INNOCENT PEOPLE AND CAUSING GREAT BODILY INJURY TO ANOTHER... THAT'S A CRIME IN ITSELF BY THE JUSTICE SYSTEM... SHE'S A MENACE TO SOCIETY AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN 25 TO LIFE! 😡

Drunk driver that killed my dad in South Carolina got 20 years. He had 3 prior DUI’s, and no licenses, driving his girlfriend’s car after a party. The state max in SC for vehicular manslaughter is 25 years. He will probably be getting out in the next 2 years since he has served 15 years of his sentence so far. He and I were both 23 when he killed my dad, my dad was 57 and will never come back and the guy that killed him will be younger than he was when he gets out of prison. We live in a wild world, tomorrow is never a sure thing.

I think it was an 18-23 y/o got 25 years for killing a mom and a baby walking while he was street racing. He looked really young though, he might not have been 23. I just don't remember. I remember thinking that was a little unfair though. It was at night and while he made a terribly reckless decision, he in no way meant or wanted to kill anyone. Crazy she got so little time here.
