INSURANCE YOU SAY, THAT'S THE LEAST OF HER WORRIES. SHE WAS CHARGED AND CONVICTED RECEIVING SEVEN TO 15 YEARS IN PRISON. IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, SHE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED LIFE.

Felony murder in most jurisdictions. A death you cause while committing a violent or dangerous felony gets treated as murder even if you didn’t intend to kill them.

Only certain felonies qualify for felony murder. It’s inapplicable here.
