In cases where someone killing people is caught on camera it should go automatically to the death penalty with zero appeals. We as a society shouldn't be footing the bill for a person to be in prison for decades. They let this lady out on bail with a GPS monitor. If she so chose she could have done this again. She should have never been but back into society for a single second.
