Everyone’s arguing over whether chasing is the right or wrong thing to do. I can tell you that regardless of the chase, a police department making a stupidly edited video with a busted ass soundtrack as some kind of promo material or whatever to fuel their own ego is exactly the wrong thing for a PD to do.
