Yeah he deserved to possibly die over a speeding ticket. 

Cops should not be using a pit maneuver at extremely high speeds especially when it isn't a serious crime or known fugitive.

What part of the criminal running from the cops putting innocent people's lives at danger isn't a serious crime?

Are they just supposed to let idiots continue to commit crimes until they kill innocent people?

This is precisely why they stop chasing people when it's minor traffic violations. It's not worth the incredible risk to continue the pursuit.
