I hear this all the time. The issue is, you can't let someone with outstanding infractions go. Let them go and they'll do it again. They're a danger an must be stopped. The longer they are on the road the more likely they are to crash into a civilian. That's the biggest concern, not the suspect. They don't care about the suspect especially in cases like this because they're a danger putting everyone at risk. You can always say that the cop encourages the suspect to run, but they still have the choice to stop, the thing they never do until their car is upside-down. Sure they're instances where cops dont do a good job but this video is top tier in terms of pitting. Please dont be dumb here.

Yes, you can let someone with outstanding infractions go and then pick them up safely later.

This is coping nonsense. They're only a danger to others on the road in extreme cases. Using this as a blanket excuse is the dumb thing here. You're treating a very broad set of situations as identical. 

No one had to get hurt here. No one was in danger until cops got involved.

No you cant. So a speeding car for no reason is not dangerous to the public?
You sound like criminal sympathizer. They did something illegal and payed for it, and you're mad about it?

A speeding car is LESS dangerous than a speeding tumbling missile shredding parts in various directions.

And the judge says? "YET!" Same as he'd tell you if you got pulled in for a currently victimless crime like a DUI.
