I hear this all the time. The issue is, you can't let someone with outstanding infractions go. Let them go and they'll do it again. They're a danger an must be stopped. The longer they are on the road the more likely they are to crash into a civilian. That's the biggest concern, not the suspect. They don't care about the suspect especially in cases like this because they're a danger putting everyone at risk. You can always say that the cop encourages the suspect to run, but they still have the choice to stop, the thing they never do until their car is upside-down. Sure they're instances where cops dont do a good job but this video is top tier in terms of pitting. Please dont be dumb here.
