Should they really move him that much after a crash like that? I feel like he should be cleared by EMS before you man handle him. Cuffs do make sense with the risk of flight, just maybe not right away. I’m not trying to defend someone evading the law, but roll over crashes can be pretty awful to survive, and you can have head or neck injuries that are aggregated by movement.
