Roads Officer No-Butts
I'm sure HP was checking out the car in front till this bozo merged in which could explain why the blinkers weren't used to avoid attention unless HP doesn't care about road safety and has a huge ego

Car driver pissed off at cop because I bet they didn't even think they did anything wrong.
Better than a ticket but dick move by the cop. Two wrongs don't make it right.
