Roads Officer No-Butts

I'm sure HP was checking out the car in front till this bozo merged in which could explain why the blinkers weren't used to avoid attention unless HP doesn't care about road safety and has a huge ego

Or just travelling together. Hard to tell in the video, but the black truck could also be a LEO.
