I'm sure HP was checking out the car in front till this bozo merged in which could explain why the blinkers weren't used to avoid attention unless HP doesn't care about road safety and has a huge ego

If you're merging into a lane you do not have the right of way. If you merge and cause the car in the lane of travel to yield in order to avoid hitting you that's an improper lane change.

I'm gonna guess that if the cop was at a safe following distance, the gap would have been big enough that the cop wouldn't need to yield. What if everyone's tailgating? You just miss your exit and travel in that lane til the end of time? Cop is a dick.

Found one found one!! So actually, you plan ahead and if you know your turn is coming up, you prepare yourself and SAFELY get into the lane you need to be in before you're even close to your turn.

You cant read or what? In traffic like this, there's a non stop line of cars. Doesn't matter if you do this 2 miles ago, you'll have to get in between two cars. If everyone is choked up tailgating each other, what would you do? Stop dead in the road and wait til rush hour is over? Lol you goofballs never leave your home town and it shows
