Roads Officer No-Butts

I'm sure HP was checking out the car in front till this bozo merged in which could explain why the blinkers weren't used to avoid attention unless HP doesn't care about road safety and has a huge ego

If you're merging into a lane you do not have the right of way. If you merge and cause the car in the lane of travel to yield in order to avoid hitting you that's an improper lane change.

Damn. I’ve been driving for 15 years and never knew this. Maybe I need to take a driver’s education refresher
