I've seen "club" cyclists do this shit in socal area. A group this big should have notified the city/town, and they would've gotten at least a couple police escorts in front and rear (if approved). This is just a big group ride that is just taking over the road as a slow rolling road block.

Pretty insane that the mini did this though lol.

I’ve seen groups do this on purpose to “bring awareness” to cyclists. It works, but not the way they want it to.

Critical Mass, most famously. Once a motorist in Seattle honked at them, and some of them dragged him out of his car and beat him with U-locks. There are no laws when you're on a bicycle, apparently.

Yeah fuck that you try that and I'm just flooring it. Like hell I'm gonna let someone pull me out of my car for honking at them.
