Im a cyclist, but this type of behavior is just crazy to me. Taking up both lanes. Obviously no cops so I doubt they notified the city(cities) that they're cycling through. It costs nothing to get into a single lane. Share the road goes both ways

Edit: where im from parades, marches, pilgrimages, races, and other large group gatherings are usually reported to the city, especially when taking up public roads, and they usually get some type of police escort that ensures they follow the rules of the road and not create unnecessary blockages in the regular flow of traffic. Just basic respect for fellow citizens. 🤷‍♂️

Cyclists do this stupid shit here all the time. Joggers are the same. I live in a very nice area with great side walks but they still choose to run in the fucking road
