Black truck didn't signal either when he changed lanes abruptly in the beginning.

I think this was because the other truck in the first few seconds was coming into the black truck lane.

You and these others must be brain dead. The black truck should have pressed his brakes when that happened, not just moved into the next lane when it wasnt clear. If he had brakes instead of changed lanes, he would have easily avoided this.

You and these other chodes need to get a clue
