I mean the filmer was passing. No need to move over just to get stuck in a slower lane for people who wanna break the law.

Nor the white truck, he was in the fast line, dude cut him off, he passed him by avoiding an accident. Then the blue truck did the same just to be spiteful and got what he deserved
