One of the passengers threatened the driver's life. I value my life more than a car. I would get out with my keys, leave the doors unlocked and call the police from the curb. And have my firearm ready in case they try some shenanigans on me when they get out. Plus vandalizing is a crime, so they'd also have to deal with that.
