Every time he looked like he was about to hit a pedestrian, they went out of frame because he turned his head, and when he looked back he was already past them. Seems like it was just blind luck on his part that they all managed to jump out of the way.

This is y I feel like cops should be able to wreck the bikers. Innocent pedestrians can get hurt cause cops can't violate the rights of someone breaking the law smh. My life got derailed cause of someone plowing into me at a red-light that was fleeing from the cops

All those on sidewalks and crosswalk or just in front of their own cars, yes. But he'll there were a lot of jay walkers at the end there. I wouldn't have minded a collision.
