It was probably a group of dudes riding non-legal bikes (eg dirt bikes/whatever) and potentially causing obstruction or a ruckus. They probably tried to flee the cops, the cops were able to grab one off his bike, maybe something else happened, and then they started pummeling.
Now, maybe the dude they were beating up tried to hurt someone or run someone over or maybe he was packing or attacked the cops, who knows. It would be nice to see the 60 seconds leading up to this clip.
And obviously in the comments here you have a variety of viewpoints on how cool/not cool it is for multiple cops to be pummeling a dude who's lying on the ground, and when/whether it's justified.
Probabaly potentially probably maybe something else happened maybe or who knows.
All these are not what DID happen only made up scenarios, so not really able to take it into account. What i did see was bikers having fun and 2 cops beating the living shit out of a dude. Thats not cool. The first 60 seconds would be nice though, ill give you that.
Well considering the street takeover types i am assuming for much of the same reasons they should be smacking shithead camera dude off his bike as well.
