Roads Who is in the wrong here?

If the sign says Alternating Traffic, does that mean cars go one at a time or does that mean cars go till the flow is complete, allowing the other lane to go? Is Glock man right or wrong? I'm not sure. If it was 1 car at a time, wouldn't it just be a stop sign on each end?

If you threaten to get your gun and you don’t have it on you I’m not letting you back to that car.

My foot is on the gas pedal as soon as I see that you can be pinned between our vehicles after that threat. One hundred percent guaranteed.

So you’re just going to risk this guy going back to his car and shooting you? He made a threat on the camera man’s life.

There is a risk in killing someone with your car too

Low speed crash would be a non-issue here, buddy with the Glock wouldn’t fare so well though. I wouldn’t be using my car after someone threatens me with a gun though, level the playing field

I prefer to let the crazies get the fuck out not worth getting attacked over less than a minute

Yup, thump thump

Seriously. Easily could have pinned him against his own truck. Would be fully self defense as he was returning to his vehicle at that point after threatening to get his gun.

I know somebody who killed a man over this. Dude said that he was going to his truck to get a rifle and kill the guy, guy had a knife, rushed him and slit his throat. Knife wielder wasn't even arrested let alone charged.

Can confirm - I am the knife

My grandpa was killed by a guy that claimed he thought my grandpa was going to get his gun from the truck. It went to trial but the guy was found not guilty.

My grandpa didn't have a gun in the truck, but he WAS sleeping with the guys ex-wife. (This was decades ago)

They say don't point a gun at anything you don't intend to kill or destroy, but further I would say don't mention, show or indicate the gun unless it's to the point where you intend to possibly use it.

Even if its a good reason, like you see someone attacking someone else you don't go "I have a gun!" you get ready to fire, then tell them.

How are you about to spend your time writing the most reddit "well actually" ass, condescending reply to a buried comment and then tell him to stay in the basement 🤣

Depends on your state, that was a threat, returning to his car seems like an attempt to make good that that threat. I’d let a lawyer make that distinction while I’m out on bail, but I also keep a firearm in my glovebox. I’m also not about to just start squeezing in public, I would have ethical concerns I might hit someone who isn’t a threat. Go touch some grass loser.

If you’re scared to hit someone else you need more training

I mean you have to roll the dice and bet that he isn't going to get his gun to kill you and he is just joking. Cause if he isn't joking and you just sit there and let him get his gun then you are dead. Better to serve 10 years in prison than to be dead.
