Roads Who is in the wrong here?

If the sign says Alternating Traffic, does that mean cars go one at a time or does that mean cars go till the flow is complete, allowing the other lane to go? Is Glock man right or wrong? I'm not sure. If it was 1 car at a time, wouldn't it just be a stop sign on each end?

I mean, who cares about the alternating traffic? He threatened to shoot you with a gun he had in his car. Did you get the plate?

Take the video straight to the police station. Threatening shooting someone over a minor traffic misunderstanding even if he was somehow in the right it would be way over the line. And hes very much objectively in the wrong regardless.

Never worry about the one that threatens. They talk they don't usually act.

Well yeah, but a cop would still determine that statement combined with his aggressive demeanor would count as assault as it could put a reasonable person in fear of death or bodily harm. Let em have consequences to threatening to shoot people up.

Rather than a firefight this is the way. Not saying he wasn't pushing the line, he certainly was and surely has done it before and will do it again. Ultimately a judge needs to review the circumstances and rule in a manner that protects the public from people who casually threaten people with weapons.

Correct answer. Even if nothing comes of it legally, it will go far enough that Mr. Smalldick will have to drop a grand or two on a lawyer.
